b. We retain the right to adjust or cancel appointments if unforeseen circumstances arise, such as severe weather conditions or equipment issues. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable alternative.

b. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the service that caused the issue. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages that were not caused by our services.

8. Dispute Resolution

a. If you have any concerns or complaints about our services, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion to address the issue.

b. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Texas. Legal proceedings, if necessary, will be conducted in the courts located in Austin, TX.
